Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What’s your name? Where are you from? Etc.

Hi. I no longer answer personal questions like that. And if you already figured it out, I would ask that you don’t reveal such stuff. I like to keep some of my personal life personal. ^^

What programs and tools do you use?

I use Clip Studio Paint EX to draw, sometimes using Photoshop for touch ups or help. As for tools, I use a Gaomon PD1560 graphics display tablet.

What are your computer specs?

  • Cyberpower PC built
  • 1TB HDD
  • 16 GB Ram
  • EVGA GTX 1060
  • MSI Z270I Gaming Pro Carbon AC
  • Water Cooled
  • 5 fans

How long does it take you to finish a drawing?

Depending on the type of drawing, it can take me anywhere between 4-9 hours or it can even take days depending on the complexity of the picture and how much is in the picture. Making simple chibi drawings take less time to make but full illustrations can take more than a week to make. These estimates always change as my art skills improve and I decide to add more shading and stuff to works. 🙂

How long have you been drawing for?

I’ve been drawing since I could basically hold a pencil. I also have been taking my art seriously ever since I graduated high school. I started taking commissions somewhere around 2013.

Do you take requests or commissions?

Requests are friends only mostly. Aside from that, if you want a commission, you can check out my Commissions page. If you are a professional or a company, we can discuss your commission request through the Business Contact page.

What payment methods do you accept for commissions?

Currently I only take Paypal as a payment method for commissions. That allows me to send invoices to customers to better protect myself.

How did you learn how to draw? Did you go to an art school?

I learned to draw by myself by drawing a lot and also looking at tutorials online while also studying references. There isn’t a fast way to learn how to draw outside spending a lot of time practicing drawing.

I also didn’t go to an art school and I probably won’t because they don’t take anime/manga style seriously even though I like and appreciate the art style. That’s at least what my high school teacher said, who also didn’t like the anime/manga style.

How can I support you?

If you want to support me, my art, and my webcomic, Naevorlis, then you can do so at the following websites:

Favorite Game?

Currently my favorite single player game is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but Final Fantasy XIV is a favorite in terms of multiplayer (more specifically since it’s an MMO).
